They say everything is bigger in Texas, and as a 6’5 guy who was Houston-born and Austin-raised, I’m vertically inclined to agree. Growing up, my father introduced me to Dungeons & Dragons, board games, and sci-fi at a very young age. Thankfully, my dad also got me into football and basketball so as not to waste that oh so valuable height. I fell ass-backward into theater in middle school and quickly gained an affinity and love for acting, which eventually brought me to the University of Texas at Austin’s BFA in Acting program!
As a class of ’24 alumni, our collegiate training covered a wide range of acting styles: contemporary, classical, film/tv, and voice-over work. Since graduation, I have performed as the saucy Mercutio in the ever-timeless Romeo & Juliet, become the host of the live-play D&D podcast Throws of Fate, and am sharpening my improv skills at Upright Citizens Brigade. I also appear in Bob The Drag Queen Game Night: Blood on the Clocktower as The Ghoul (though you won’t see my face, trust me I’m that dude.)
My other credits include plays such as Pining in Prickly Pear Patch, Sonnets for an Old Century, Our Town, and numerous short films, notably playing the lead in the award-winning short film Eraser. In the realm of voiceover, I portrayed “O.S.” in the BAFTA longlisted Elysian Heights immersive experience, along with numerous roles in an upcoming UT Austin project centered around teaching young students about scientific methods and systems.
In my free time, I am stretching into the writing world with the development of a TV pilot centered around 90’s wrestling in the attitude era. Outside of the traditional artist world, I am currently developing a new board game, running home games of Survivor for my friends, and cheering on my perpetually cursed New Orleans Saints and Texas Longhorns!
